Cooper is happy to announce that Kelyne Campbell-Townsend will take over as the school's new principal for the 2010-2011 school year after David Robertson took a position with the district's Education Services Center. Mrs. Campbell-Townsend had been the school's assistant principal during the last school year. She can be reached via email at KelyneC@Vacavilleusd.org 

Cooper also welcomes a new Assistant Principal Derek Wickliff - DerekW@Vacavilleusd.org. Mr. Wickliff will be dividing his time between Callison and Cooper schools. 

Other staff changes:

• Joan DeBolt will be be the school's new attendance clerk, replacing Rae Ann Quinata who left to work at the district's Education Services Center.
• Myisha Cherry will be teaching a new 5/6 combination class
• Megan Coxe will be partnering with Barbara Eastman in kindergarten
• New staff member Cortney Baker will teach part time in fourth grade with Mrs. Packer and part time with Mrs. Mazzuca in first grade.
• Mrs. Miller and Mrs. Harris will be job-sharing in third grade
